Hello, we’re Horndean Amateur Theatre, a small amateur dramatics group based in southeast Hampshire.

We specialise in comedies, light drama and thrillers, and have performed more than 240 plays over 7 decades. We would be delighted if you could join us, in the audience of our next production, or as part of our group.

Just one of many lovely comments we have received following our successful recent production of the Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society Murder Mystery. A play-within-a-play in which the hapless Farndale ladies present the cunning whodunit, 'Murder at Checkmate Manor'. Everything that could go wrong certainly did!
