"Madness, Murder and Monkey Business" could be used to describe these three one-act comedy plays.
I Am Hamlet - a one-act comedy thriller in which an amateur actor auditions for the lead role in a local production of Hamlet. There is some fun to be had as the director puts him through his acting paces, but slowly we learn that the actor has more in common with the Prince of Denmark than meets the eye...
Death By PowerPoint - we present a HAT world premier, penned by our own Chair of the group, Ian Tapster. Prepare for some insight into the world of higher education, plus a very tedious lecture!
Zoo - it is an important day for the zoo manager - financier Sir Norman is coming for an inspection, and nothing must go wrong. So it would be a bad time for the gibbons to hijack a car, the tractor to run into croc lake and the tiger to take up residence in the coffee shop. And don't ask about the penguin.
