Our group in 2019
We welcome new members and no previous experience is necessary. If you think you might be interested in joining, simply turn up to one of our weekly rehearsals at Napier Hall. Alternatively, drop us an email if you would like further information.
Our meetings start at 7.30pm and finish at 10.00pm. Most of this time is spent rehearsing the current production, although time will also be spent reading and choosing future plays. We break for tea and coffee (and hopefully a good choice of biscuits and/or cakes!), which provides time to catch up with news, share ideas and plan events.
We are a friendly group and enjoy various social activities throughout the year, including a summer barbecue and, the highlight of the year, the Christmas dinner!
The annual membership fee is £30, which can optionally be paid in three termly installments.
Members also pay a weekly sub of £2.50 and can choose to pay this by Standing Order, at a charge of £9 per month.
